Throughout my career in the mortgage business, I have come to realize that guiding others into their home is my life’s dream. Like you, my home is my haven, and I look forward to coming home every day to my partner, Lorraine and our dog Princess Mia.
Since I will be getting to know you, your family, and your goals, there are a few things to know about me. While I enjoy long walks on the beach, my favorite getaway is to the mountains! I absolutely love spending the day skiing on the slopes with my family and friends, from the first chair up to the last run down. I am a HUGE sports fan and have supported the Baltimore Orioles and Maryland Terps since 1975. I live my life following the words of Joseph Campbell, “Follow your bliss.” I truly believe everyone has their own purpose in life and should follow wherever it takes them. I am grateful to know that my purpose is centered on helping people and by providing an exceptional home-buying experience.

Alicia takes allllll the information that’s been collected and analyzes it so it can be presented in the best way possible to the underwriters. You probably won’t hear from Alicia directly, but just know you need her on your team. She’s gonna make you look good.

Although every loan is different, there are a few basics that you can expect to have happen when you apply for a home loan with Mortgage On A Mission.
The first one is great customer service! Expect to be wowed by these easy steps to start building your wealth with a well-planned mortgage.
We are dedicated to making your mortgage experience as easy as possible. We’ve developed a straightforward process for our home buyers that begins with a simple conversation and ends with a happy homeowner. Before you formally apply, we’ll start with a great conversation.
Start With A Conversation & Pre-Approval
Let’s get to know each other. We’ll talk over your home financing goals, set expectations for the process, and review your entire financial picture. It’s important to know how your loan works for you!
A crucial step in the mortgage process, getting pre-approved prevents you from missing out on your dream home, helps determine your budget and embeds any offer you might make with the weight of an entire local lending team.
Fill Out The Loan Application Online
With the help of your lending team, we’ll use the documents you’ve gathered for your online form to complete the loan application. Then, we’ll get to work on preparing your documents for you to complete.
Get All Necessary Docs In ASAP
The most time-sensitive step in the process, at this stage your loan disclosure documents will be prepared and sent to you to be signed. Complete this step as soon as you receive disclosures and be sure to send in all supporting documents with them!
Processing & Underwriting
Now the ball is in our court. Our in-house team of processors will work collaboratively and efficiently to review financial documents, order reports such as appraisal, and prepare your loan file for Underwriting.
An Underwriter will review your loan file to verify it meets lending requirements. This is when your loan is conditionally approved. If any further documents are needed we will let you know.
Clear To Close!
The path to homeownership is clear! Expect to receive a Closing Disclosure outlining the terms of your loan shortly.
Be sure to sign your Closing Disclosure 3 days before settlement as required to close on time!
