Vodka Strawberry Lemonade Spritzer Cocktail
- INGREDIENTS
- 8 strawberries cut up
- 6 large lemons
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2-3 cups water
- Sparkling water
- Fresh thyme
- 4 jiggers of vodka
- Strawberries for garnish
- Lemon slices for garnish

DIRECTIONS
- Divide the cut up strawberries into 4 glasses. Add a sprig of thyme and teaspoon of sugar.
- Muddle until strawberries are mashed.
- Add one jigger of vodka to each glass and ice cubes.
- In a pitcher, squeeze lemons. Add remaining sugar and 2 cups of water and stir. Add more water if needed.
- Divide between the 4 glasses. Top with sparkling water. Add strawberries and lemon slices to garnish.
