Thank You October Borrowers!
At The Yi Team, we believe in the power of giving back and making a positive impact on the communities we serve. As part of our ongoing commitment to philanthropy, we are thrilled to share the success of our monthly Mortgage On A Mission campaign, where every closed loan becomes an opportunity to support incredible causes. In October we extended our gratitude to our borrowers and celebrated our shared sense of purpose by making a generous donation to American Cancer Society.
Every month The Yi Team donates to causes we care about, especially causes that help kids, health and those with home insecurities.

American Cancer Society
As a token of appreciation to our borrowers who closed their loans in the month of October, The Yi Team took a unique approach. Instead of sending traditional thank-you gifts, we chose to pay it forward. For every loan closed during that period, a portion was earmarked to contribute to the fight against cancer through the American Cancer Society
Making A Difference, One Loan At A Time
Our Mortgage On A Mission campaign exemplifies our belief that business success should be intertwined with social responsibility. With each closed loan, The Yi Team is not only helping individuals achieve their homeownership dreams but is also making a significant impact on causes that matter. By aligning our business goals with charitable initiatives, we aim to create a positive ripple effect in the community.

Party With A Purpose
To commemorate our October campaign, we hosted a lively celebration at the Outta The Way Cafe. Bringing together our team, clients, and community members, the event was fusion of joy and purpose. Through various fundraising activities, including auctions and donations, we were able to raise an impressive $22,000 in support of American Cancer Society!
The Impact of Your Support
The funds raised during our October celebration will directly contribute to the American Cancer Society’s ongoing efforts to fund groundbreaking research, provide support to those affected by cancer, and promote cancer prevention initiatives. The Yi Team is proud to be part of this collective effort to make a difference in the lives of those impacted by cancer.
Looking Forward
As we reflect on the success of our October Mortgage On A Mission campaign, we are energized to continue our commitment to social responsibility. The Yi Team is dedicated to exploring new opportunities to support various causes and we invite our clients and community members to join us on this journey. Together, we can make a lasting impact on the issues that matter most.
At The Yi Team, our mission goes beyond mortgages – it’s about building a better future for our community. Through our Mortgage On A Mission campaign, we are grateful for the opportunity to combine our business success with meaningful contributions to causes like the American Cancer Society. We look forward to the continued support of our clients and community as we work together to make a positive impact on the world around us.

Our Mortgages Are On A Mission
Thanks again to our borrowers! Every home loan we close enables us to invest in charities who are working to create a positive change in the world.
Years ago when Chong Yi opened his branch, his goal was to help those in need in his community. Chong and his teammates developed Mortgage On A Mission so that they could not only help families achieve their dream of homeownership, but take some of those rewards and put it back into our global community.
Since then, The Yi Team has been able to donate over $100,000 to American Cancer Society, DIPG, Heartly House, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Creciendo Juntos, Rainbow Place Shelter, Alzheimer’s Association, LovePaws, A Wider Circle, and Wendt Center, Maryland Family Network!
