Every year, Mortgage Executive Magazine compiles a comprehensive list of America’s top one percent of mortgage originators. The top 100 mortgage originator list debuted in 1995 in Mortgage Originator Magazine. Mortgage Executive Magazine expanded the ranking in 2001 to include the top 1 percent of the hundreds of thousands of loan originators in the United States.
