Looking out from the stage on Saturday night at Chong Wears Pink 2025, I was completely blown away. Seeing so many friends, familiar faces, sponsors and supporters all gathered together for the same cause – it’s something I’ll never take for granted. The energy in that room was electric. Between the laughter and the generosity of everyone who came out, it was one of those nights that reminds you just how powerful community can be.

While Chong was turning up the volume and getting the crowd going, I was taking it all in from behind the scenes – watching months of planning Chong Wears Pink 2025 come to life. Every detail, every raffle item, every sponsor who said “yes” was part of this huge team effort. I’m especially grateful to Lorraine, who was my right hand with the raffle, set up and clean up; to Jen and Christa who jumped in seamlessly to help us during the auction and raffle awards and even Jon who kept the 50/50 raffle running like clockwork. Chong and I truly couldn’t have done it without all of you!
American Cancer Society Was There Too!
Chong and I were so honored to have the American Cancer Society in the house! Tanishia, Tswana and Vivienne all came out to support Chong, and their presence made the night even more special. Having them there reminded everyone exactly why we do this – to raise hope, funds, and awareness for those battling cancer and to celebrate the people who stand beside them. I’m deeply grateful they took the time to come all the way out and be part of such a meaningful night.

Since first connecting with Tswana and Vivienne from the American Cancer Society on the set of Great Day Washington in 2017, Chong and The Yi Team have proudly stood behind the mission to fight cancer and support local patients through the Men Wear Pink campaign.
