Thank You June Borrowers!
Thank you to all of our borrowers who closed on their home loan in June! You’re amazing and spectacular! By working with us, your home loan helped support the charity, Miracle Of The Hudson, a service that provides nurse navigators to every rare disease baby born into our world.
Every month The Yi Team donates 1% to causes we care about, especially causes that help kids, health and those with home insecurities.

Miracle Of The Hudson
Miracle Of The Hudson came about when baby Hudson was born in December 2017 with a rare disease. Like his parents say, crash landings happen every day in the medical world. You just hope you have a Captain Sully on your team. Thankfully, Hudson’s parents had a nurse navigator who was just that. They recognized that other parents needed nurse navigators too.
Miracle Of The Hudson’s mission is to provide every rare disease baby born into this world with their own nurse navigator to improve their health outcomes and their family’s overall experience from birth to treatments.

“To know that we are giving back to the community, just by doing our job well, is amazing and very rewarding to me personally. I’m inspired every day to give it my all because I know I’m helping home buyers afford their dream home, as well as helping incredible causes like Miracle Of The Hudson. I’ve been friends with Hudson’s parents for a while now. When Hudson was born I remember the feeling of not knowing what to do. Miracle of the Hudson is a great program and I’m psyched to help support it.”

Our Mortgages Are On A Mission
Thanks again to our borrowers! Every home loan we close enables us to invest in charities who are working to create a positive change in the world.
Years ago when Chong Yi opened his branch, his goal was to help those in need in his community. Chong and his teammates developed Mortgage On A Mission so that they could not only help families achieve their dream of homeownership, but take some of those rewards and put it back into our global community.
Since then The Yi Team has been able to donate over $100,000 to American Cancer Society, DIPG, Heartly House, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Creciendo Juntos, Rainbow Place Shelter and now Miracle Of The Hudson!
Stay tuned to our social media pages for upcoming events supporting Miracle Of The Hudson!
