Thank You March Borrowers!
Thank you to all of our borrowers who closed on their home loan in March! You’re amazing and spectacular! As a thank you, we are sending a donation to Maryland Family Network. Their mission is to ensure young children have strong families, quality early learning environments, and a champion for their interests.
Every month The Yi Team donates 1% to causes we care about, especially causes that help kids, health and those with home insecurities.

Maryland Family Network’s Family Support Centers help children learn and parents earn. Family Support Centers help over 3,000 parents a year finish their education, learn job readiness skills, build solid social networks, and improve their parenting skills. At the same time as their parents, very young children are in a state-of-the-art early care and education setting that helps them reach their greatest potential.
Maryland Family Network
Their mission is to ensure young children have strong families, quality early learning environments, and a champion for their interests.
Maryland Family Network was formed in 2009 with the merger of two leading nonprofit organizations–Maryland Committee for Children, founded in 1945 to advocate for high quality child care, and Friends of the Family, founded in 1986 to administer Maryland’s network of Family Support Centers.
As a thank you to our borrowers who closed on their home loan in March 2023, and as part of our Mortgage On A Mission Campaign, we are making a donation to Maryland Family Network. Working with amazing borrowers and referral partners means we can make a greater impact on causes like this, and makes every loan we close even more meaningful.

Helping home buyers into their dream home is always rewarding. What makes that transaction even more meaningful is that it allows me to champion the hard work that Maryland Family Network offers families and children in our area. Knowing that I’m working with a lender who supports that viewpoint is very important to me.

Our Mortgages Are On A Mission
Thanks again to our borrowers! Every home loan we close enables us to invest in charities who are working to create a positive change in the world.
Years ago when Chong Yi opened his branch, his goal was to help those in need in his community. Chong and his teammates developed Mortgage On A Mission so that they could not only help families achieve their dream of homeownership, but take some of those rewards and put it back into our global community.
Since then, The Yi Team has been able to donate over $100,000 to American Cancer Society, DIPG, Heartly House, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Creciendo Juntos, Rainbow Place Shelter, Alzheimer’s Association, LovePaws, A Wider Circle, and Wendt Center, Maryland Family Network!
Stay tuned to our social media pages for more information about American Cancer Society!
