Thank you to all of our borrowers who closed on their home loan in September! You’re amazing and spectacular! As a thank you, we are sending a donation to LovePaws Animal Rescue, a non breed-specific rescue helping homeless animals find loving, forever homes and helping animals in our community through our pet food pantry.
Every month The Yi Team donates 1% to causes we care about, especially causes that help kids, health and those with home insecurities.

LovePaws is a non breed-specific rescue helping homeless animals find loving forever homes and helping animals in our community through our pet food pantry.
LOVEPAWS was founded as an animal intake prevention program to help keep pets in homes and out of shelters. To do this, they offer various types of assistance to pet owners, including their pet food pantry. They offer these services to the entire DC Metro area.
Their scope and mission has grown quickly since they were founded in 2019 and they now pull dogs and cats from open-admission, high-intake shelters in MD, VA and other Southern states. This has expanded their rescue to be able to save dogs and cats of all breeds. Their expanded mission is to save the lives of abandoned dogs and cats and place them in loving and permanent homes. LovePaws is a non-breed-specific rescue, committed to stepping forward whenever they can and wherever there is the greatest need.

Years ago when Chong Yi opened his branch, his goal was to help those in need in his community. Chong and his teammates developed Mortgage On A Mission so that they could not only help families achieve their dream of homeownership, but take some of those rewards and put it back into our global community.
Since then, The Yi Team has been able to donate over $100,000 to American Cancer Society, DIPG, Heartly House, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Creciendo Juntos, Rainbow Place Shelter, Alzheimer’s Association and now LovePaws!
