Thank You May Borrowers!
Thank you to all of our borrowers who closed on their home loan in May! You’re amazing and spectacular! As a thank you, we are sending a donation to Miracle of Hudson. Their mission is to recruit, train, and mobilize the best nurse navigators in the world to provide a better quality of life for rare-disease babies and their family.
Every month The Yi Team donates 1% to causes we care about, especially causes that help kids, health and those with home insecurities.

Miracle of Hudson
Their mission is to recruit, train, and mobilize the best nurse navigators in the world to provide a better quality of life for rare-disease babies and their family.
At The Yi Team Mortgage, we believe that home ownership is not just about finding the perfect house, but also about making a positive impact in the world. That’s why we have initiated the Mortgage On A Mission campaign, where we donate to a worthy cause every month. In May, we had the privilege of supporting the Miracle Of Hudson organization, thanks to the participation of our valued clients, the Robertson family.
The Miracle Of Hudson and the Roberts Family:
The Roberts family’s journey began when their child, Hudson, was born with a rare disease. Faced with numerous challenges, they quickly realized the importance of having a nurse navigator to guide them through the complexities of their child’s condition. Recognizing the invaluable role of nurse navigators in helping rare-disease babies and their families, they founded Miracle Of Hudson, an organization dedicated to providing support, training, and mobilization of the best nurse navigators in the world.

Mortgage On A Mission: Our Commitment
As mortgage advisors, we firmly believe in making a positive impact on the lives of others. Through our Mortgage On A Mission campaign, we express our gratitude to our borrowers by donating to causes that align with our values. By choosing to work with us and closing on their home in May, our borrowers, including the Roberts family, have played an integral role in supporting Miracle Of Hudson.
Every donation we make as part of Mortgage On A Mission strengthens our conviction that our work extends beyond the realm of financial transactions. It serves as a reminder that our clients’ trust allows us to contribute to making the world a better place. We are humbled by the opportunity to create meaningful change and grateful for the collective efforts of our clients in joining us on this mission.
Making A Difference One Home At A Time
At The Yi Team Mortgage, we are dedicated to fostering positive change in the world. Our Mortgage On A Mission campaign exemplifies our commitment to making a difference, and the recent donation to Miracle Of Hudson, thanks to the support of our borrowers, has further emphasized the impact we can achieve together. By empowering families affected by rare diseases through the provision of nurse navigators, Miracle Of Hudson is transforming lives and bringing hope to those who need it most.
We are honored to work with clients who share our vision and are committed to making a lasting impact. Together, we can continue to build a future where every individual has the support they need to navigate life’s challenges. Let us embark on this journey together, one mortgage at a time, as we strive to create a brighter and more compassionate world for all.

“Dedicating our efforts to borrowers like the Roberts family, who not only trust us with their mortgage journey but also enable us to create positive change through initiatives like Miracle of Hudson, fills our work with profound meaning. It is truly inspiring to witness the transformative power of collaboration, where home ownership becomes a vehicle for making a difference and fostering change for the greater good.”

Our Mortgages Are On A Mission
Thanks again to our borrowers! Every home loan we close enables us to invest in charities who are working to create a positive change in the world.
Years ago when Chong Yi opened his branch, his goal was to help those in need in his community. Chong and his teammates developed Mortgage On A Mission so that they could not only help families achieve their dream of homeownership, but take some of those rewards and put it back into our global community.
Since then, The Yi Team has been able to donate over $100,000 to American Cancer Society, DIPG, Heartly House, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Creciendo Juntos, Rainbow Place Shelter, Alzheimer’s Association, LovePaws, A Wider Circle, and Wendt Center, Maryland Family Network!

Denied for a Mortgage? Why a Second Opinion Can Make All The Difference
