Thank You October Borrowers!
Thank you to all of our borrowers who closed on their home loan in October! You’re amazing and spectacular! As a thank you, we are sending a donation to American Cancer Society. They’re on a mission to free the world from cancer. Until they do, they’ll be funding and conducting research, sharing expert information, supporting patients, and spreading the word about prevention. All so people can live longer — and better.
Every month The Yi Team donates 1% to causes we care about, especially causes that help kids, health and those with home insecurities.

American Cancer Society
American Cancer Society is on a mission to free the world from cancer. Until they do, they’ll be funding and conducting research, sharing expert information, supporting patients, and spreading the word about prevention. All so people can live longer — and better.
Chong Yi has been raising funds and awareness for ACS since 2018 to honor the friends and family that have been touched by cancer. You may have seen some of his work as a Real Men Wear Pink competitor or come to one of the fundraisers.

“To me, success means being able to give back to my community. It’s a milestone I’ve fought hard for in my career and I’m very proud to be able to contribute to such a great organization like American Cancer Society. It makes my work even more meaningful. ”

Our Mortgages Are On A Mission
Thanks again to our borrowers! Every home loan we close enables us to invest in charities who are working to create a positive change in the world.
Years ago when Chong Yi opened his branch, his goal was to help those in need in his community. Chong and his teammates developed Mortgage On A Mission so that they could not only help families achieve their dream of homeownership, but take some of those rewards and put it back into our global community.
Since then, The Yi Team has been able to donate over $100,000 to American Cancer Society, DIPG, Heartly House, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Creciendo Juntos, Rainbow Place Shelter, Alzheimer’s Association and LovePaws!
Stay tuned to our social media pages for upcoming events supporting American Cancer Society and Real Men Wear Pink!
